1. The cylinder of sand dryer is made of stainless steel. In general, with the extension of drying time, the common carbon steel dryer is prone to corrosion and other phenomena in the long-term humid environment, and the stainless steel cylinder has very good corrosion resistance.
2. Spray electrostatic powder. The so-called spraying electrostatic powder is to spray a new type of coating on the barrel of the sand dryer. These coatings have tenacity and durability, good decoration, excellent outdoor weather resistance and heat resistance, as well as excellent gloss and color performance. They can completely replace the dryer made of stainless steel and greatly reduce the cost.
3. Do welding work well. There are many parts on the barrel of sand dryer that must be welded. If the welding parts are corroded, the service life of the equipment will be seriously affected. Therefore, when we weld the sand dryer, we can use stainless steel to enhance the anti-corrosion and anti fracture ability of the dryer.
4. The sand dryer is treated by passivation and phosphating, which can not only make the surface of steel workpiece full of rust present the natural color of metal, but also form a dense antirust film on the metal surface.
