Energy consumption has always been the focus of national attention. For the three cylinder dryer, the choice of energy is the focus of customers. The price and energy efficiency of fuel determine which kind of fuel users choose as the heat source of three drum dryer. The energy efficiency of three drum dryer is generally considered from two aspects of energy consumption and thermal efficiency.
1. Energy consumption refers to the energy (coal, steam and electricity) consumed to remove 1 ton of water from materials within a certain period of time. For example, the efficiency of 1 kg dehydration per hour by microwave heating is 70%, and the energy consumption is 1.5 kW, while that by electric heating is 35%, and the energy consumption is 2.9 kW. Therefore, generally speaking, the heat source of three drum dryer does not use electric energy.
2. Heat consumption heat consumption refers to the consumption after energy combustion is transformed into heat source, mainly including the heat absorbed by water vapor, the heat absorbed by materials and heat loss. Three cylinder dryer can be said to be a good heat insulation dryer. By calculating the heat balance of the three drum dryer, we found that there is still 5-20% heat loss, only 5-20% is absorbed by the material, 20% is absorbed by water, and the remaining 15-40% is discharged from the drum. The relative thermal efficiency of hot air circulation three cylinder dryer is as high as 75%, while the relative thermal efficiency of indirect heating dryer is 60% - 70%. If the direct heating dryer has little effect on the mixing of materials containing trace dust, the dryer with high thermal efficiency can be preferred.
These are the two main factors that affect the energy efficiency of the three cylinder dryer shared by the dryer manufacturer. Although oil is used as the fuel of three cylinder dryer, its temperature rises rapidly and stably, the price of oil is higher, and considering various factors, more steam is used.
