Sludge drying equipment can quickly evaporate and dry all kinds of sludge with high water content to the qualified level in a short time, which is an important device for sludge treatment in all walks of life. Because the sludge drying equipment is mainly through heat transfer to achieve evaporation drying of water in the material, so the temperature is very important, so how much is the appropriate temperature control of sludge drying equipment?
Sludge, as a kind of material with high viscosity and high moisture, will easily appear sticking wall or incomplete drying when the temperature is low, and if the temperature is too high, paste phenomenon will occur. Therefore, to ensure the drying quality of sludge, the temperature in the cylinder should be strictly controlled. Generally, the drying process of sludge can be divided into four stages, and each stage has corresponding temperature control standards.
When the sludge with high water content just enters the drying equipment cylinder, the high-temperature flue gas enters the drying cylinder from the same end. At this time, under the effect of large temperature difference, the water on the sludge surface can be evaporated and dried rapidly. Generally, when the sludge enters the cylinder, the temperature at the entrance can reach 430 ℃, which can realize instantaneous heat and mass exchange with high moisture sludge, and quickly remove most of the water, ensuring the stable heat value of sludge.
When the water on the sludge surface evaporates to a certain extent, it will enter the constant drying stage. At this time, the temperature in the drum of sludge drying equipment is generally controlled at 300 ℃, which is the high water removal area. In the process of sludge drying, the quality of sludge drying can be better ensured. Then enter the cooling and drying area, and the temperature in the cylinder is generally 120 ℃ -210 ℃. In this drying area, the bulk sludge is torn, hit, dropped and heat transferred repeatedly by using the breaking device in the drying cylinder.
After a series of drying and dehydration, sludge enters the final stage, and the water is removed by the negative pressure hot air flow under the action of induced draft fan. The temperature of this stage is usually 60 ℃ -80 ℃. At this time, the temperature return hole is closed completely, and the exhaust hole of the machine is closed completely, so that the hot air is rough and circulates, so as to ensure that the color of the material will not change.
It can be said that the temperature of sludge drying in each stage is changed, which requires us to pay attention to the operation according to the actual production requirements when using sludge drying equipment, so as to ensure the smooth and high quality of drying operation.
