The continuous drum carbonization machine adopts a dry distillation carbonization method, fully utilizing combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane, and hydrogen generated during the carbonization process of materials. The wood tar is separated from the flue gas purification system to obtain pure combustible gas, which is then fully burned by the burner to heat the high-temperature carbonization cylinder (the temperature is generally controlled at around 800 ℃).
The carbonization machine has an external insulation layer and two layers of pipes inside, from the inside to the outside. The inner layer is a preheating cylinder and the outer layer is a high-temperature carbonization cylinder. There are gas recovery pipelines on the inner and outer layers. The carbonization cylinder conducts high-temperature carbonization and pyrolysis of the material, decomposing combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane, and hydrogen. The pipeline is heated through the recovery pipeline, flue gas purification system, and burner combustion, achieving the effect of reciprocating cycle heating and carbonization.
When the carbonization equipment is preheated for the first time, ignite the biomass gasifier, which supplies gas for combustion and heating. When the high temperature carbonization cylinder is heated to 700 ℃, the materials begin to enter the carbonization furnace slowly. When the biomass raw materials start carbonization and pyrolysis, and the combustible gas generated from pyrolysis reaches the normal combustion gas volume, the gasifier can be closed. At this time, the carbonization furnace reaches the normal production state of self supply of heat sources, gas circulation combustion and no flue gas emission.
